I believe I may have drowned my plant. Having major league undercurling and at a minimum she is very unhappy. Can I do something to save her?

1) change the medium. now.

2) stick an air pump in one of the container holes.

The best way to tell if it's time to water is to lift your pots up and see how heavy they are. They will be super light and easy to pick up when they get dry and ready to water, and heavy when they are saturated. Undercurling may be more of a sign of over ferting that over watering. Over watering creates a general sickly and droopy appearance. Is it possible for you to throw up some pics for us to help you out better?

perhaps you could set the container on a mat of paper kitchen towels to absorb the excess. .poke several holes in the soil with a chopstick..let iit rest there for about an hour. then place the container on a heat mat,or a water heater, cable box...anything warm..turn a fan on to move the air around...and ler her bask in some warming sun rays or turn plenty of light on.. then let nature do the rest
it worked great for me when I got a bag of shit soil that compacted and stayed too wet, later I top dressed it with some good soil ,mixed it in best I could without busting up the roots, and everything went well afterward.
