I would say like 45% at 75 degrees should make life good during all stages

40-50% will work fine for veg and flower. Keep in mind that everyone's situation is different. Some people live in areas where they cant get above 30-40% and run that the whole time.. There are people who live in places where they cant get below 40-50% and will run at that level the whole time. As long as you aren't pushing 60-70% in flower you should be fine. 40-50% is the sweet spot.

If I had to choose a set temp/rh it would be 80°/55%. With lots of air movement

Actually, I am currently doing this right now. I try to keep the temperature around 77-82° and the relative humidity at around 45-50%. Seems to be a happy medium for all the ladies. Winter isn't too bad to keep in this range. Summer could take some adjustments.

Also wanted to add. That in the front we have a light on veg, the middle light on full spectrum and bloom in the back, with two full spectrum autocobs on either side of all the lights.. seems to work pretty good.
