Indoor Ok what the freak is this...!?

Can anyone tell me wth is causing these brown leaf spots on my 2F2V plant.? and no... it hasn't been splash with nutes.! this has been a mystery to me and i have did SOME research on these spots... the only thing that i have found that comes close to the problem is something called "Septoria Leaf Spot" it effects outdoor plants and not common with indoor grows... so this makes me think its something genetic.? i recently switched seed banks could this have anything to do with the breeder? has anyone else had this problem...? oh.! and yes i cut the leaf off the plant by the way
