Havent posted in a long time but I have a situation on my hands. My big fugue state grew too heavy and toppled over onto my other plants. Shes about 5 feet tall and I'd guess 2 weeks from harvest. No cloudy trich or red hairs and the buds were really starting swelling.

Right now I have her tied up in the corner but I had to do it in a hurry and it isnt pretty. Shes awfully bunched up but vertical again. I'm worried she will mold in current state if I leave her that bound up

So what do i do? Can start taking her down, and hope for a few decent buds? Scrap the plant and try to save some for concentrate? Let her go a week and see what happens? Maybe cut down half to air it out but do I take out the good buds or underdeveloped buds?

I'm not going to lie I'm pretty upset, I was worried this might happen but in the past it's a branch or 2 that fall and not the whole damn tree.

I'd opt for see what happens and leave it. With more time to work it sounds like you can support it better and open it up better. Maybe adjust fan to keep air moving and eagle eye for mold.

Yeah was kinda thinking of doing just that. Man I wish I could upload pics, she was glorious before the fall and in one night it all went to hell haha. Plus i was rushing to get to work. Will reassess when I get home

I do not normally defoliate much, just lower fans for better air movement.

I would remove all fan leaves from the entire plant and spread the colas out as much as possible. Lower RH to 40%. Keep good air circulation in the space. I had shyte like that happen a lot until I solved it with my support system. You can get YOYO supports and hold each cola separately from the top.

Do this ASAP as mold is always present just waiting for conditions to get ripe!

I like those yoyo supports, I ordered some for future use. I started defoliating, I think that may just buy me enough time for her to finish up. Going to keep stripping fan leaves over the next few days and keep a close eye out for mold. Thanks for the help all
