New Grower nutes and additives

hi guys im just waiting on my pineapple punch from auto seeds and a dinafem auto cheese popping and my first grow is underway!! for the nutes im going with advanced nutrients sensi grow & bloom, i know i wont need nutes for the first few weeks and it got me wondering if i would need any other stuff to go with the nutes, any help/advice would be appreciated. thanks

You might want to get some cal-mag to keep your PH in line.

Molasses and epsom salts will help with the cal/mag but I find a supplement is better if you run into a deficiency. Faster acting than the molasses and epsom salts and can be used as a foliar if need be.

If you're going to use the Sensi I would strongly recommend getting the pH Perfect ones. A bit more money but will make your pH a lot easier to deal with. You might also want to look at a bud enhancer, Overdrive or Bud Candy. Some strains show P deficiencies in flowering and they are good for some extra P and K.

yeah im going with the ph perfect range i think it was your fine self that recommended them, i will have a look at the overdrive and bud candy, i also seen the sensi cal/mag grow and bloom would that be ok if anything goes wrong? thanks for the info. also are you better feeding when the lights are on or off?

I haven't use the AN cal/mag but it should be fine. I'm using the Technaflora which I think is a bit cheaper.

I usually feed when the lights are on. Don't like opening the doors when the lights are off if I can help it.
