New Grower Noob PH question

Hello there,
First grow, and have a ph question.
My water ph tests 6.6-6.7 before adding nutes, (GO thrive) and drops to 3.7 after adding the nutes. Should I be raising the PH back up to 6-6.5?
Hi, yes that would be a good idea [emoji4]

Hm
Seems like a lot of testing and adjusting everytime I water, but I'll do whatever it takes to get the best results!

Yeah, I totally can relate to that feeling, however according to my research and (limited) experience, the water does require PH testing sometimes and also depending upon where you live, can also make a difference.

I live in England, and in my region, we have particularly "hard" water here, and this affects the growth of the plants, and can become evident on the leaves, when they begin to appear generally unhealthy and look like they've changed colour, or have become affected by some dis-figuration.

This can also in turn have an impact on the soils ability to absorb nutes, and so forth and with drainage. So it's definitely a good habit to get into.

Also depends on the type of medium you're using. So various factors to consider really in a nutshell. Good luck with your grow :welcome:

Raise your ph first then add your nutes. The strong ph up solution could negatively affect your nutes if added last.
