New Grower No panic auto strains

I have heard of photo strains that are created for the no panic side effect, such as Delahaze. I myself get the panics from time to time with bud. Has anyone every heard of or does anyone know of a auto that gives no panic when smoked? "Muddy?"

iv done and smoked many autos and never had panic effect i think haze strains can cause it but iv never done haze

The only time I get the panics is when it makes my heart race. I hate that.

The general "wisdom" is that Indica is more relaxing, while Sativa is generally more panic inducing.

But the panic doesn't come from the weed, it comes from stress in your life and on your body.

The weed just makes you aware of it.

When I get a "noid" attack I try and ask myself if I would be thinking/feeling this way if I were not under the influence of Cannabis. By rationalizing the panic it seems to go away. At times I have even started to laugh at myself for freaking over things that seem foolish when doing this form of "self psychotherapy"... Just my 2 cents, and I get panic issues regularly! Kind of makes you wonder why we consume it huh?!?! LOL
