Hey everyone so I found this product and it seems almost too good to be true. It's a calmag that so far appears to work wonders as a foliar. It's got 0 nitrogen in it which is my major issue with most cal/mag products.

Can anyone see a problem with this product or why I shouldn't use it. I've never seen anyting else like it. Gotta post pics from my phone so I'll edit this post asap.

Hello according to the web site blurb
Plant-Prod MJTM Spike (CaMg) has been specifically formulated to meet the high demands of cannabis plants throughout the entire production cycle. This fully chelated supplemental formulation provides ample amounts of calcium and magnesium in a desirable 2:1 ratio.
Sound ok to me as it states cannabis in the blurb

I was always under the impression that most cal-mag, and silica products contained a minimal amount - 0.5 - 1.0 - nitrogen because it helps trick/help the plant into up taking the nutrient? However, I'm no expert. And am fully willing to admit that I know nothing. I've never sprayed it as a foliar though. I have sprayed the Floraflex veg and bloom foliar from time to time.

Not too good to be true, just most formulations of CalMag use calcium nitrate and/or magnesium nitrate for the Ca and Mg sources. The nitrates contain N atoms that gives most CalMag products some nitrogen content.

As @Dell boy pointed out this product uses a chelating agent (EDTA) and hence removes the N source. EDTA and DPTA are two “plant-friendly” chelating agents used in liquid nutes these days and are deemed safe.

Nice. I guess I could have looked there, they weren't marketing to wards canannabis when I bought it. Awesome.
