Hi all,

We have come to know that daytime addition of co2, in the growspace, may add as much as 30% to the final harvest.
We also know that, as plants is not able to produce their own oxygene, during nighttime, they will source this from their enviroment.
My question is, have anyone considered, or tried, the outcome of rising oxygene levels at nighttime.

This is my first posting as a newbie to the community, that I’m very happy to have joined.

With kind regards

When we add Co2 we add an amount calculated in relation to parts per million 1500 Co2 and a million parts of air. Air is ~20% oxygen or 200,000 parts in this equation. Plants use about 1 tenth of the oxygen they create for respiration at night. It is a really small amount compared to the 200,000 parts per million around them and us all day. Adding oxygen would be like a drop in the ocean. Unless you really enrich the air and blow yourself up! Don't do that.

OMG
Thanks ManOGreen - the question has been answered i full. An additional ty, for pointing out the risks with oxgene rich enviroments, that I now recall can make just about anything burn, like you don’t want to know.

If I have any more bright ideas, I will be happy to have you around.

kind regards
