Seedsman is a very good seed bank,they have a ton of autos from some really good breeders like Dutch Passion,Dinafem,Royal Queen and their own genetics. As far as lighting it really depends what size tent you are going to get. I would say in a 2x2 it would be 400 watt,4x4 600-650 watt,8x8 1000 watt those are basic numbers. If you are on a budget then it will be hps lights and nutes you could use GP one part medi grow it is easy and cheap and it is organic. You can always change nutes on your second grow if you want. Medi is cheap so budget wise it helps and it is good. You can buy grow tent kits,you will have to shop around but growace has kits I bought my 4x4 for 691.00 but there may be better quality options but for the price it worked for me.
