Hello all,

Well I have grown out my Anvil and Alf [HASHTAG]#5[/HASHTAG]. I got 1 Male from each. While they were growing I had a Mephisto Cdlc going also. Being that this was new to me, the males drop there pollen while the Anvil and Alf was going. Both females were between the males at some point. In turn both plants got hit with the pollen.

Now after the males were finished I collected their pollen and put in freezer. After the Mephisto CDLC got older I pollinate 3 branches with the Anvil pollen and Alf pollen.

As a result I got these.

Now the Anvil and Alf were regular auto flowers. Mephisto is and auto. My question is will these's be auto or regular auto?

If I'm understanding right you had feminized auto seeds (which are all female autos) and regular auto seeds (which could be male or female autos)
if that is the case and your girls got hit with male auto pollen then you will about 50% male autos and 50% female autos of the seeds you got.
If you are referring to regular seeds as Photo seeds then you will get about 50% male seeds and 50% female seeds BUT!!! you will have a percentage of all your seeds auto and a percentage of them will be photo. the only way to know for sure then will be to grow them out.

Yes If the mephisto CDLC was a feminized auto seed it Just mean they will grow all female plants.To make feminized auto seeds you need feminized auto pollen, this will give you female auto genes from both parent plants which in turn will give you all female auto seeds. If you get pollen from a male auto plant then you have male and female auto genes in turn this will give you regular auto seeds (male and female)
There are some really good reads on google for making feminized seeds auto or photo plants. they explain how to force a female plant to grow pollen sacks which will give you female pollen. using this female pollen will give you feminized polled. I have a thread on this as I am in the process of making feminized auto seeds.

You sure can and if you have saved the male pollen, you can pollinate a branch on each grow or go for gold and pollinate a whole plant. Remember each white hair on a female that comes in to contact with just 1 dust sized piece of pollen = 1 seed so if you do a whole plant you'll get hundreds of seeds. I had a photo plant get completely pollinated the end result was 1046 seeds.
on a side note if you have saved pollen in the freezer I would suggest you get some silica gel packs (just go to a shoe store or electronics store they throw them out all the time,ask if they could save you a few) put them in the container with the pollen. Also when you get your pollen from the freezer do it hours before you intend to use it and let it come to room temp before opening. if you open it while it is cold the warmer air will condensate inside the container and create water droplets. water on pollen = dead pollen. Next tip! do not spray mist your plant for at least 6 hours after pollinating to give the pollen time to do it's job (cause water = dead pollen) (once it starts to work with the pistol water can't do any damage) last off I tried using a Q-tip to transfer pollen to the pistols, it works but it sticks to everything if the plant is sticky and is not very accurate, I went to a dollar store and bought some water color brushes in the art section and now I have never looked back at a Q-tip these little brushes are so good to use you could almost make 1 seed on each branch if you had a steady hand and no air movement.

They will be autos. but I have a question my self. You only got 12 seeds total from the 3 females? Did you apply the pollen on bud sites or did you let your males drop loads on your girls?(open pollination).

Also don't know if it matters to you, but you may think about separating the male pollen next time. That way you can know exactly what your cross/es are. Two strains crossed will be different from any other two strains crossed in some shape or form and if a certain cross really tickles your fancy your going to want to know what it is so you can make more seeds.
