Hi i am AH im a medical cannabis grower whos chosen methd would be bio bucket.hydro
i run with lucas formula, as its closest t the ratio npkmg that cannabis needs without messing around

i nrmaly grow trees, 10-25oz a tree, now ive got my art mastered i decided to hunt down auto strains, im planning on a nft style 1.2x1.2 auto grow, to see what al the hype is,

a few questions id like to find here are,

what auto strain is most single cola with highest yields, im in two minds with the sour 60s or other breeds,

does this site have a diary section

I know you stated you're a medical cannabis grower but are you also a registered patient in AZ too?
If so, be on the lookout as soon we'll be rolling out a new Testers program & would like as many registered patients involved as possible.

Next NFT growing - I've done it and currently have a setup that incorporates NFT but also uses aeroponic misters too. The problem I had with just NFT - the first plants inline tend to get huge as it has first 'dibs' on the flow & sometimes it's roots will clog the pipe so much that the end plants get very little. To compensate for that I installed misters in the top of the pipe between each plant site, spraying down on to the roots. Since doing that, my yield has improved. Plus the NFT & misters serve as a backup for each other - if the NFT gets clogged, the misters assist; if misters clog, there NFT assists. So just something to keep in mind...

I know you didn't ask about NFT & had other questions so here ya go...
1) Sour60 - I love Sour60 but there are many phenos. Some are primarily single big cola. The strain I've tried & have seen in grow journals that seems to almost always be a nice fat single cola is Flash Seeds' Cobra strain, so that might be something to check out. Also take a look out our Picture of the Month contest, not just the winners but also the other nominees - might see something that strikes your fancy.

2)Diary section - i assume you mean grow journals and yes, depending on whether one is a new grower, indoor or outdoor. I think you can figure out which is which. You are experienced but new to Autos, so take your pick.

thanks man wicked info there, gonago off and have a read on the site rules too before i post lol ive got pick of 600w or 1000w for my autos, is it really worth the 1000w on autos?
 
Welcome to AFN. Really your choice on which light to use. Autos, like photos, like as much light as they can get. Of course, you won't need as much penetration so a 600 will work fine. But if you're looking to put more plants in, go with the 1000. Figure about 1.5 sq. ft. per plant grown in 3 gallon pots, a little less if you really pack them in.
