Hey i hope some of you can help me kinda searched the forum and got a few questions may sound ridiculous
first off with autos can you train them i mean LST, top , super crop
are autos prone to hermie
can you achieve pound per plant with autos with proper techniques
can you still run 18 / 6 light schedules and approx how long from seed to flower will it take i mean pre flower
thanks

Autos are grown as a leave it alone plant. The only thing I do is remove some of the lower leaves that don't get any light along with tiny offshoots thus concintrating growth to the upper branches. You wont get close to a pound with autos, thats asking a bit much.If you get two to three ounces your doing good.18/6 is normal. Most autos will show flowers at two to three weeks.Seedsoil break to harvest is anyware from 60 to 90 days depending on strain and grow conditions.

A pound per plant is asking a lot. Maybe a pound per pot. That might be an achievable goal, with some training. Hell yeah!!
LST. yes
Topping and super cropping. Haven't seen much supporting either one.

thanks guys for the comments once i decide on a tall auto i might try it in scrog and see what happens hopefully it won't be a waste of time

Question 1) Yes. they work well with LST and you can top them, but only before pre-flower. I'm sure they would respond to Super Cropping, but the recovery time will make the strain grow longer...

Question 2) All marijuana can and will herm under the right/wrong conditions. That being said, I have never seen a hermed auto. But it does happen on occasion...

Question 3) Most of my grows produce 60 to 80 grams of killer smoke. Auto's aren't really meant to be huge commercial strains...More for your personal use...

Question 4) Auto,s seem to do better on 20/4 start to finish. But I noticed that different auto strains don't mind less. But in the auto's case more is better. I also feel all plants need at least a 4 hour relaxation period....And most strains from sprout to finish is anywhere from 58 to 70 days....
