New Grower New Member and First Gro

Hello All, I have just found this wondeful place and am currently trying my hand at growing, I am using a small T5 and 8 23watt Cfls, soil and tiger Bloom, Ive had them in the soil for about 5 or 6 days now and seem to be doing well. Im going to post pics on here as soon as I can, any tips, info or constructive criticism is welcome. thank you all in advance.

What type of ff? If it is only a mix of the ocean forest.. you wont need to add nutes untill around flowering.. also be careful as i have heard/ been told using only the OF blend can cause the young seedlings to get nute burn. Best of luck!

Welcome to AFN. Moving your thread over to the New Growers forum where we can keep an eye on your grow and lend a hand if need be.

Besides the Tiger Bloom you will also need a nutrient for vegetative growth. Since you are using Fox Farms, I'd recommend some Grow Big. What is the k temperature of the CFLs that you are using? They should be 6500k for veg, then switched to 2700k when vertical growth stops, usually somewhere around week 5 or 6.
