Questions about the light cycle from beginning to end with my autos in a 5x5x6.5 tent with 1000 watt light.

Autos can run 20/4 from start to finish

Most autos can grow under 24/0 from start to finish but imo they do benefit from a short dark period. If you'll look around for a bit you'll find that most growers on here run 20/4 or 18/6.

autos can be grown under any light routine
but optimal wise anything above 18/6 is good until you reach 24/7 even then most have no issues either

This is my 4th run and Im just curious can i do them 24/0 atleast for a while.They are not growing as big on 20/4.

i only run mine on 24/0--autos that is----its just easier for me---i have good grows with them on 24/0----some people say no differance than 18/6 or 20/4 but i see no harm from it with any of my grows

I will post pics.I was told they need some darkness but they are so much smaller on 20/4 even.Im doing some transiberian,berry ryder,and afghani kush.I dont see the growth happen as fast and they are so small at 2 weeks even.But I do give them tons of nutes.

Looking forwawrd to your pics. I'm doing a berry ryder as part of my first grow and transiberian is going to be part of my second grow!

Ive done it both ways i didnt notice much difference maybe the 20/4 a lil fatter. This go i went 24 till flower then did 2.hours dark and progressed from there next week i star 18/6 just took it down an hour a week. Something new i wanted to try
