Hey y’all I’m a new grower and I’ve got some small almost white bumps growing on my newer top growths. I’m not sure if I have something wrong. Possibly starting to form mildew or if these are trichomes ( I’m such a noob I wouldn’t know) But we’re growing Amnesia Haze in fox farm ocean Forrest soil, using a beginner fox farm starter fertilizer kit. I’m 7 weeks in and have flowers started roughly 2ish weeks. I’ve been trying to use distilled water to mix with fertilizers for the last few weeks. I’m such a noob that if it’s trichomes on leaves I wouldn’t know what I was looking at. Just trying to make sure I’m not looking at a health problem. I’ve been trying to keep humidity under 60 but closer to 45-50. I have a pretty rudimentary open tent 3 wall set up and a 1200 Led light. Any info or help y’all could provide would be very welcome! Hopefully y’all can tell me we’re looking at the start of trichomes and I’m panicking as a nooby!

I don’t see anything to worry about. Your plant is at the stage where it should be developing trichomes, and that’s possibly what you’re seeing.

Hello that looks fine

Looks like trichs congrats on your first trichs formation
Not too late to make fertilizer if you start now

One other question. I can start a new thread if need be. The plant that has been in the center of my 5 looks super healthy and the most dense but it’s the only one who hasn’t flowered yet. The others about 2 weeks ago It’s showing signs but it’s clearly behind. Will I basically just be treating this fella on a different schedule then the others? Or is it more then likely going to start booming once it finally does. Or will I be harvesting it later or feeding it slightly different? Any tips would be cool!

Is it a different strains? Even the same strain can have multiple phenotypes so it's normal. Sometimes some less reputable breeders will have a photoperiod trait in auto and it can happen to good breeders too because you will get that 1 in 10000 seed that has photo trait not entirely locked in or they could have mixed up seeds there are white label seed companies that buy other ppls seeds so the person breeding could send them whatever. But people have good results with white label seeds too it's just if they suck someone isn't running their reputation like if a well known breeder puts out shit their seeds are less desirable and have to take less money.@Mara Cachafa had an auto that veg until he flipped light schedule. But I think your good some plants take longer to flower depending on the flowering time of ancestors like a purple Haze bred into an auto line will take longer than some 6wk indica bred into auto.

Same strain of amnesia haze. This is my first go so I’m just running 18/6 the whole way. It looks like to me it’s in pre flowering. Does it catch itself up or will I be harvesting it at a later date. Slightly confused if autos are suppose to finish around the same time and ir seems to be a week or two behind in flowering.

unless your plant has been super inbred to get rid of diversity you have different finishing time s like blue cheese from Barney's for example
  1. short, compact, fastly blossoming, indica-dominant Phenotype #2
  2. long, stretched, fastly blossoming, sativa-dominant Phenotype #1
  3. long, stretched, slowly blossoming, sativa-dominant Phenotype So you need to research the strain and figure out if it's normal what breeder
