New Grower. Need some help and advice.

Hey everyone. Hope you guys are doing fine during this tough times. I’m new to this forum and also a first time grower. I’m growing 3 autos. (Purple Queen, Royal Critical and Amnesia Haze) They are all 44 days old.
and i believe in their second week of flowering. I run them 18/6hr light cycle.

I’m using Mars Hydro 3.2x3.2ft grow tent with TS1000 from Mars Hydro as well


I don’t know what’s going on with Purple Queen. The leafs are hanging down this past days.

and the problem I’m having with royal critical is that the upper leafs are slightly turning yellowish. Don’t know why.

I water them every 3 days with 6.5ph rain water and the soil ph stays 7.0.

I have not given them anything else besides 2 times molases and 1 time Epsom salt foliar spray. They humidity in the tent goes up and down between 54 to 65% and the temperature 75 during the day and at night 65.

I honestly have not much idea how are this doing Health wise.
Any feedback and advice would be appreciated.

Do you think I should water them more frequently during this time or every 3 days is good?

You have to let the plants/soil tell you when to water. Put your plants in trays and bottom water. When they stop absorbing water after waiting 30 min, the pots are fully watered. Pick them up to feel the weight or weigh them on a bathroom scale.
From the pics, they are in good general health.
Your media has taken you this far with the molasses, but you're gonna need something more. Do you have anything else to feed?
A very simple feed program is the one part MegaCrop. You'll need to check the ppm when you mix, but that's easy.

I don’t have anything to feed actually. I doing some research on supplements but there is so many different supplements on the market really hard to decide which one to get. Also due to living in Germany at the moment the Amazon doesn’t have many Options as American amazon. But I would appreciate if I get some recommendations on supplements during flower.

MegaCrop is KISS(Keep It Simple Stupid) easy. If you can't get it quickly, I'd find some Thorvin Kelp and top dress with it and water in with molasses water. I've started making it into a flour with my coffee grinder. It will take a little time for it to be available to the plant. If you can get some mycos and other microbial inoculants, that will aid in the utilization of the kelp.

Your medium mix may well be problematic. Your plants are hungry and the medium is past providing nutrients.
I prefer being positive in my advice but your medium mix is questionable at best. There may be some successful coco/soil mix users but I'm sure they have their methods and strategies to manage issues and I'm sure feeding is one of them.
