New Grower Need Help ASAP!

Hello,
This is my first grow in a tent! I'm growing autoflower northern lights in 3 gallon pots and have started them there! They are both 21 days old today 4/19/20. Yesterday the soil was completely dry pass my knuckle and the plants looked like they could use some water. I only gave each a liter of water each. Thw reason I started with a liter was I'm using fox farm ocean forest and did not add any perlite or other forms of oxygenation help! Today I open the tent and see that the leaves are curling while some fan leaves look like they cant hold themselves up!! Not sure what to do!! Any help is much appreciated!

They are good looking ways the light schedule and I wouldn't feed just calmag and water for a bit longer as they seem to be looking great maybe even a bit heavy on the nitrogen which I know isn't ur fault as ocean forest is a bit hot.

Like Ftizy said what's your light cycle and at what point did you check them during your light cycle?

like the lads above said they look good watch out for nitrogen toxicity they probably where just still sleepy

I've also grown northern lights and one on the way, but I use coco and perlite.

It looks fine to me but I think you should water more than 1 liter at a time.
