For lighting I would say a 4x4. Go Amare SE500 UVB. Click the amare link in my Sig. As for vent. Min 8in I would prob go bigger. Go positive pressure As Well. Shoot in around 400cfm fresh air. I never turn fresh air off, or exhaust they both run full time. Temps running 76 degrees with 40% RH so I add humidity. Grow top shelf Every grow.
