New Grow of 4 Northern Lights (1st Time Grow)

I have 4 seeds I will be looking to start in the next few days , Have never grew or attempted to grow before , Been reading up on it and would be growing these 4 plants looking for 9oz Minimum , Any tips about anything would be great Mostly looking for info on the best size of light , tent and nutrients , Thanks

Don't read too much into how much you will get as a minimum for your first grow, only because mistakes will happen, some detrimental to the yield.

That said, Northern lights will generally have a very good yield. So good job getting a good strain.

There are all sorts of methods to increase yield. One being manifolding or mainlining (same thing different bane).

I can help you select equipment, but first a bit of info from you would help.

Where are you planning on growing? What training method will you be doing? (Mainline,scrog, let them go naturally?) What is your budget? What type of light are you looking at? LED, HPS, QB? Will you be growing crop after crop?

These will answer a the question about your tent size, and budget is huge when looking at lights, because they can range from super cheap (garbage cheap) up to thousands of dollars.....

hi and @Lb-123 2 1/4 oz off each of the 4 plants to make 9 oz :smoking: sure is doable,and easy for some :smoking: took me a year of growing before i got a 2 oz plant

Sorry new to the site I’ve just noticed that you both replied I’m a complete beginner in that I’ve never even attempted a grow before , I’ve got £600 put away and my seeds are in the post and should be here by the end of the week , I’ve been reading tho everywhere bits and pieces & there seems to be a million different ways to grow and everyone has there on kind of technique , I was just looking for an easy first time grow( Read Northern lights was one of the easiest ) that I could set up in my spare room & be able to grow some decent smoke of my own . So you have a decent chunk set aside, good.

I have N.Light seeds, I just have never popped them yet. But it is a good choice to start.

I’ve got 4 northern lights seeds and would be looking to maybe get the 4 of them up abd running as i read these were one of the easiest plants to grow , I have a full spare room cleaned out and ready to go so have a full empty room for 4 plants

White Widow is another strain popular with new growers.
