i have a sour diesel auto and all the info says they take about 70- 75 days but mine is just now showing flowering and she is 12 weeks old 11 weeks post germ.

Drop the lights down to a 12/12 schedule @ramberreboot ..see if she is a photo period..we do see it happen.

If you drop to 12/12 for a week and she starts to pistil up..leave her on that lighting until she finishes...

for the last 2 weeks she has been on a 12:30 light 11:30 no light cause i had to bring my photo period in the weather is frosting out side would the 30 mins count as more then 12/12 or does a plant really no the differnce between 30 mis

Depends on the plant, and where it's from. I've heard of Haze plants that flower on 13 & 14 hours light. Personally I would leave the extra 30 with no light
 
30 minutes won’t matter. Essentially what you’re doing is tricking the plant to think autumn is near so it concentrates on producing flower in hope to seed eventually.
