Indoor need help!!

just potted seedlings into 11L pots using light mix soil, 250w mh at 10" over the babies, problem is that the leaves are turning yellow from inner to outter on first and second set of leaves, im feeding just plain tap water, any help??

Are the veins yellowing as well or are they still green? Could be a mag. Or iron issue.. I'd also check the ph levels out.

We need more info in order to give proper help.
