Indoor Need help with Ventilation and Light placement

Hello to everyone. I am a new grower. I have read and re read alot of the posts on this forum and I am grateful for all the info. Anyway I have 2 auto seedlings (hindu kush auto and pure power plant). I have made my own grow tent and it's 60x60x100.Can't really fit anything bigger. I intend to either scrod or Lst both to keep them low and to help the lights.
I have lined it with diamond Mylar sheeting and its bloody bright inside now.I have the 250W hps light in there now and the temp went up by about 6/7 degrees to around 38 . I had to turn the light off for now as I only have 1 seedling about 2 inches tall and didn't want to burn it. I placed it on my window sill where the temp is a nice cool 22 degrees and RH is around 48.
Obviously I would like to put it under the lights as soon as I can sort out the temp in there.So because I know nothing about extraction, ventilation capacity , etc, etc.By mistake purchased a 300W Mars Hydro. Good price though 59 uk pounds.(Don't ask).I thought it would keep things cooler, I am still waiting for it to arrive tomorrow hopefully. Anyway, I was wondering whether I could place both in there?,or may be use the Mars Hydro for Vegging and the HPS for Blooming? and if so how?, Hps on top and LED on sides?. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please forgive me if this discussion has happened anywhere else on any other thread. I just need advice what to buy for ventilation, extraction, Do I need an inlet fan, thanks

Your going to need a extraction fan with a carbon filter to pull the hot air out and a opening in your grow area to let fresh air in.

My grow tent is 3x3x6 for autoflowers in dwc. I will be using 6" fan and carbon filter. The room my tent will be in is very large with 3 doors that can be opened to outside and still be kept at a reasonable temp. Will simply opening the doors allow enough co2 to enter the room? Or do I even need to open the doors? Also, do I need to vent old air outside? Or is it unnecessary because of the size of the room and being able to open the doors? I forgot to mention that there is a very window a/c until bringing outside air into the room that the tent is in. I know these are noob questions, but trying to cover the basics for my first grow. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Is light escaping a big issue? I mean, will you get busted if you leave the door half open? Extraction isn't really necessary unless you have to go for a "sealed" set up. I have always used a passive set up with no extraction, just two fans inside for circulation and open tent flaps and part open door. Temps are much less of an issue then.

Oh hang on, you're using an led so your room will be purple with the door open. Scrap that then. Sorry!

Thanks for the reply guys. I will be looking at getting proper ventilation and I do have to keep it sealed because of nosy neighbours and light issues. I think I will go with 5 inch fan with a speed regulator in case I need to extract more or less depending on heat. Thanks again
