Problem: leave turnning yellow with bronw dark spot on them*see pic a bit higher in post).

Medium/grow method: Promix hp

Feed: and supplements used: General hydro 3 part flora serie

water sourceistilled water mostly and some RO water at 40 ppm that i let sit a few day off

Strain/age:think different 4 week and a half

light used:got a mars hydro 600 abd this generic amazon one with good review

Climate:grow tent temps are 24 with light 21 without. Humidity at 38%

I don't see much of a problem.
Lower leaves usually die off, especially when fertilizer is spilled on them, as I suspect has happened to you.
If new growth looks happy, then all is well.

Plants care about the ph of the medium, not the ph of what is in your water bottle

no leaves should be dying off. Imo

Your RH is way too low, get it up to at least 60% . Your feeding too much back off on the strength and frequency.

Nitrogen overfed in my opinion. I see it here a lot in the sick infirmary.

Cut back on the nutes and increase rh. 38% is too low

I love Pro-Mix HP and GH Flora. Had great results.

This was my strategy:

1. Water or fertigate every 48 hours to 10-20% run-off. Don’t wait for it to dry out. It’s ready once the top layer starts to turn a lighter brown. This is straight from the manufacturer.
2. Use this pattern: feed-water-water, ie, two plain waterings between each fertigation.
3. Everything pH’ed to 6.3 — nutrient mixes and plain water.
4. Dilute nute mixes to 500-600ppm (1.0-1.2ec).
5. RH/Temp as per www.vpdchart.com (38% is too dry, especially at this stage).
