New Grower NEED HELP!!! :o leaves problems

So my cannabis lowryder #2 is growing normal but I noticed few problems :/

First: upper leaves on one side are at the end turning downside... Is that normal? If not how to cure that and what is causing that problem?

2nd: some leaves at the edge are turning upside is that normal?...

Photo of my beauties: they are 3 weeks old and tomorrow Ill start to use bio bloom, what do you think about that?

Hey hey. Hope all is well with you.
I'm no expert at all but may I ask what your temp is and have u start feed them? Looks like a bit to much nitrogen (the tips that are turning down) and the other ones who look like "tacos" could be from heat.... an more advanced grower can possible conform that....

What are your temps?Also what type of nutes and how often do you feed?Is your ph correct?

Hello my heat is around 22 when off and 29 when on during the day
I bought fan so now for about few days the fan in cooling top leaves... Im using 250w HPS and is around 23cm away from the lamp
I didnt feed them with nothing but today Ill start to feed them with Bio Bloom 1ml/L...
About PH Im not sure because but Im using Grow Mix from Plagron
