So i have 2 autoflower plants that are going on week 5. They’re small and have been stunted because of transplant. 3 days ago one of them started to preflower but then 2 days later the white pistols are orange…what could be the reason?

Genetics: Sucker punch
Breeder: Sofem
The temperature is around 80° with a humidity level of 50
light is a 1500w led and a gixer 1000w led
I’m thinking possibly light shock?
PH is at 6.8 very top 6.4 on bottom
plants in 5 gallon buckets
I’ve been feeding fox farm grow big and recently added some ff big bloom.

Also what is a good distance for these lights? everyone says something different.

Your gixxer 1000w is actually only 110 actual watts which leads me to believe your 1500watt light is also considerably less in actuality. Was a technique Chinese manufacturers in general would use to entice people to buy their grow lights. Only reason I address this is it could help in future questions you may have as well as this one. Also helps to know distance from canopy and ppfd is really a help I’ve found. Hard for me to say tho what really is the problem. Could be over watering or nute burn going on just to guess but I guess light burn is possible although from what I saw from the specs on your gixxer it’s probably not your culprit,no offense. But even at a 12” height it’s not really enough for flowering so you’d probably have to have it really close to burn them but again idk what your other light actually is. It’s a learning process for sure. I’m still learning myself.

Might be better in the infirmary.......dark green color with the tip burns and chlorosis on lower leaves tend to indicate nute imbalance......and what is that white sand/sugar stuff they seem to be growing in?

Well actually you’re completely correct about the gixer grow light. And i recognized that problem and bought the king led. The king Led is one of the best LED lights in my opinion under 500$
The king led offers 2,000 ppfd while the gixer offers a supplemental amount of 400 ppfd i think i have enough light for a decent harvest in 2x2 tent

Turns out i just needed some fox farm nutrients lol i was feeding them big bloom instead of grow big (idk how i made that mistake) but they are huge healthy plants now and the harvest is looking like at least 100 grams so far but i have 2-3 weeks left of flower maybe
