Indoor Need help about light colour!

Heeey all!

I need some help whit a question.. When you grow Auto's/Autoflower plants What colour can i use
whit the grow??
Red and Blue lights ok whit both Auto forms ,and kan i use both same time 2??
Im going to grow whit Cfls and LED ,maybe Hps 2.. Lowryder's Easy Ryder and DP's Mazar so thats why i need to get some advice!

The best light for veg grow is the blue spectrum or 6500k, red spectrum for the flower phase,this is the best but you can use both if you have to.

Thanks for the help! Ok so they respond to both spec's blue and red.. You think if i blend them it will be better!?

Blue spec is more useable by the plant in veg, and red is more useable in flower, but ideally they need both at all stages.

We can grow perfectly good plants under just blue or just red, but for better health, yield and growth a mix of the two is recommended by the pro growers.
