Dinafem Need a Little Dinafem advice

good day everyone!

Reason for the thread is I'm sure there is some serious experience here and much more than I'd like to admit on strain selection.

Recently I dropped a few strains in air pots, promix soil and biobizz nutes. Now they weren't all Dinafem as I was just trying new stuff out but the results were rather impressive. My Dina critical pulled 1/2lb dry. I didn't know what to expect, since I made some mid grow changes to lighting, nutrients ext.

My question is there are so many choices, critical and now critical 2.0 are the ones in considering. Based On experience what's the Biggest yielders, or easiest to grow? Not so much about the smoke but the amount of smoke. Then on to cheese, moby, white widow.

Currently in running 5 different Dinafem seeds, but I do need more. I'd like to place an order as soon as possible since I'll be vegging 12 more soon.

Hello both critical and the 2.0 version imo yield very close to each other the main difference is the 2.0 version has been bred to be more resistant to mold etc and a different cutting was used to create the 2.0 version called "the Bilbao" cut If you have pulled 1/2lb from critical you will get the same results from the 2.0 version, possibly a slight increased yield but imo not much

I think the xxl range can produce bigger buds but does take 10-25% longer time. The other 3 strains will all produce well if grown under the same conditions as you did the critical+

I'm excited to get a new batch going. my fav seed company is flooding me with free seed offers from a pretty poor strain so I'll hold off and hope they switch it up. I think I'll run 12 of the critical 2.0 next round and use my other dinafem seeds for the round after. I have some serious ground to make up after a room change and I missed my original veg window.

Yes that's a fact. I wish the seed companies would do a little better with the offers though. When I started you could buy 50 seeds and get 15-20 for free. Now it's like buy 20 and get 2 that blow

I'll definitely check it out. Have some pretty dinafem ladies praying to the light gods as we speak. What a great combination of genetics, lighting, nutrients in a proper room. luckily I have 30+ going so the yields will be out of control.

These are critical and moby dick xxl at day 42 and still growing fast. Last night one went up 2.5 inches. Hope to add some flower nutes soon and see what she does for buds.
What's your opinion Mark? Height and size wise

They are looking nice and bushy mate . Maybe do some lst on the lower branches to expose the lowers to more light and I would say they are getting close to the end of the stretch phase? Then all focus will go into bud production

Are they still growing vertical mate or has the stretch stopped?
