Indoor Narcotic Kush automatic

so my N. Kush has been threw a 24 hr soak, and is currently in papertowel method, with a seedling batch of GH Flora micro,grow, and bloom hydro solution sprayed on the papertowels. the root is finally starting to show progress,root is about 1cm, just the root "tip" showing, but is showing signs of growth. do I plant the seed in my rockwool (presoaked) once root is 1 inch long? kinda my first grow.

I went from soak straight to dirt and it took 5 days for them to sprout. I think even just the tip showing is good enough just make sure you put the correct side up. lol I'm pretty new to autos but I've done a couple photos and always had good results this way.
