Hey Cov' have you checked under the leaves, poked in the soil too? If anything, it looks like thrip damage, but the surface appearance isn't quite right, might be early nutritional issue too,... got any sticky traps? lay those out and see what gets snagged,....

I posted some pics on my IG and dumb ass deleted them,So I had to do screenshot..
It looks to me like fungus gnats..
I spray the s... On my girls with some insecticide that I had from before, disnt use any protection,think I inhaled some my mouth feels strange,now it's paranoia time..
