I'm growing SAG SugarBlackRose and NorthernLightsBlueberry in a 2 x 4 ft dwc tent with HLG Rspec light, while following VPD chart seed to harvest. No topping, training, or pruning of any kind. They are nearing the start of their 10th week.
I'm really impressed with the smell and structure of these plants.
If they are potent and good for sleep, I'll be growing them again.

I've been having troubles with plants getting too big, over 5 ft tall with 3 feet of that unlit, lollipopped branches that do nothing except get the top canopy too close to the light.

These have stayed about 2 ft high, while being packed with buds from head to toe, and they look to yield 3-4 oz dry each.
They have been fairly strange plants though.
They don't seem to be able to handle much food or light (550 ppm and 18 kLux max), but still look pretty good.
The left one is SBR, and the right one NLBB.
SBR has had slightly tacoed leaves most of its life.

I keep failing in my attempts to attach pictures, but I'll try a bit longer in some later posts.

Here are both plants in a GH Ecogrower.

I harvested the Blueberry x NortherLights plant 2 days ago after 10 weeks, sprout to harvest. The SugarBlackRose is still ripening, and will take 10.5 - 11 weeks.
BBNL never got taller than 2 ft, but it yielded over 20 oz wet, which is likely to become 4 oz dry.
No topping or training, and the plant got 4 sq ft to grow in a 2 x 4 ft tent using an HLG 320 watt Rspec dimmed to about half power.
The smell was great, and the buds were nice and dense. Trimming was a breeze.
As far as the growth is concerned, this plant is my ideal: short and productive.

I usually fast dry a small amount and make cannacapsules to try.
I did that with BBNL, took my usual amount (~3/4 gram), and the wife took her smaller dose.

I've been getting lazy with trimming recently, and usually just pull off the big leaves after cutting buds off, and leave most of the sugar leaves on.
My experience is that that might reduce potency by about 10%, so my usual dose probably wasn't big enough.

The high was subdued, in the 12% thc range I'd guess, but the effects were nice.
In particular I got much better sleep than usual, the main reason I use, but that is highly variable.
The wife's opinion was the same, but she didn't get enough sleep.

I haven't formed an opinion on whether I'll grow this again.
It will depend on whether a slightly bigger dose produces a slightly better result for several more tries.

I forgot to take a pre-harvest picture, but here's un-harvested SugarBlackRose. BBNL looked almost the same but healthier.

Sadly the NorthernLights x BlueBerry didn't meet our sleeping needs.
The body high was nice, but both my wife and I suffered poor sleep.
I won't be using any more of it.

The SugarBlackRose has been harvested, and it yielded about the same 4+ oz dry from a less than 2 ft tall plant.
We have only tried it once so far, and it did work pretty well for sleep, but we were very sluggish the next morning.

For the 2 Synergy strains I've grown, I'd say the plants have nice size, shape, and yield, but the effects aren't what I'm looking for.

I've reconsidered the SugarBlackRose.
A couple poor nights, possibly due to something else, made me question it.
But now I consider it one of my best sleep strains, and will be growing it again.

In retrospect, I was trying out a new hydro system, and might've messed up NLBlue, so I'll try it again too.
