my leaves, not sure what is the problem

maybe nitrogen? early flower. left my plants for 11 days, didn't water so the were super dry when i got back. its a soil mix with some additives. ph is balanced, and run off was 440 ppm with 220 input ppm. maybe it was eating it self?

She looks good it's nothing to worry about. I'd pluck them off and move on personally.
