So I have 2 Kaya Gold photo and 2 Grape Muerte Auto and they are about 3 weeks old. We have been experiencing unseasonably warm weather this year, so I tought it was safe to put them in the ground a few weeks early...until i checked an extended forecast that said we will get t-storms, and the temps will got down to 37 and 36 degrees..i dont think this is a good start :(

Ok if they are only small plants, maybe you can go and set up a small shade cloth / plastic canopy for them until they are hardened and the storms pass ?

Like vas said, just cover then with something maybe you could make something like this
images (7).jpg if that's not an option just put a five gallon pail over the top of the plant and put a rock on top to hold it down that will protect it for a day or two but I wouldn't go any longer then that.

You could get some of these http://buybuckets.co.uk/product/10-litre-clear-plastic-food-grade-buckets/

They are easy to cobble together with a few bolts and nuts for increased height, and you would have a nice little greenhouse allowing some light to the plant, easy to place and remove and with a few small holes, drilled or melted with a soldering iron, for ventilatio, you could keep a plant in there for a while for warmth and protection..... Just a thought.

Yer guerilla growing....bulid a lean to A frame..cover with clear plastic. ...cover lower part with local brush an throw a bit of dirt on top to cut reflections. ...use local braches for frame ...staple gun fer attaching plastic to wood..light easy and stealthy. ..sorta.

I thought about this the location inst far from a highway Im really worried about the glare. Might be best bet though.

If your close enough to power, maybe put a heat source inside...like a light bulb (covered as to block light) if the cold continues

....oops I read the posts and forgot the title...probably not close... never mind.
