First tip,
Don't water until you can lift that pot with one hand easily. Those are small plants they won't be drinkimg that much. Cannibis loves to dry the pot out, not bone dry but to point if you stick you finger in the soil it should come out dry. Lifting the pot is the best method.

Did you start your seeds in those pots or did you transplant these lady's into these pots?

yes, I started outdoors. That was my plan. I am not expecting my first grow to be stellar.....just something I guess. What should I do? Just keep watering very other day?

Chalk this grow up to lessons learnd.

It's best not to transplant Auto's, start the seed in the final pot or you may stunt them like you have.

You have chance here to understand watering. I mean it don't water that pot until its dry and you can easily lift it with one hand. Having a dry back in the pot is a must for growing the best weed.
You not going to get a big yeild but you could still get these girls to harvest with smokable product even for there size. And that would be timing your watering perfect.
Lift that twice every day and wait until it nearly bone dry.

@Slater hit the nail on the head here don't water them till they feel light as id imagine you haven't got a very good root mass also when I do grow outdoors I often start them indoors first before going outside even under CFL lights is better than nothing but the UK has very crap summers and if you have really good wether year round you could start it out there

I'm afraid to say theirs no coming back from stunted plants at this stage.
But you could still keep them as happy as you can and see if you can't get them to bulk up on the flower.

We are still in early summer. You could start agdin and get some seeds into the ground and aim for a layte September to early October harvest.

If you do, start a journal and tag me. We can then help you to get to that all important harvest.
