I've been growing in coco for 2 years and thought I'd try DWC...
The only thing I really knew was I needed to keep the buckets cool...
2 sheets of foam insulation and a tube of construction adhesive later (and a few other things) I started my pots on 11-7-2021...
Looking at this now I see something "special"... Written in another format the start date is 7-11-21 (never noticed before)...
Maybe that was a lucky sign of things to come... Maybe it will be my harvest weight from each plant (not bad)...

The box is cooled by outside air, controlled by an inkbird running an 18 watt fan a intermittently for a few hours a day...
It exhausts to the room in front of fans that blow over the canopy (fresh cool air)...

Good luck @KCinKC ! Are you using Hydroguard or another inoculant, or are you going with a sterile res?

I don't have a reservoir... Just individual buckets...
I haven't used anything and I wouldn't consider my buckets sterile though...
The water temp stays within 1 degree at all times, my buckets are light proof and any holes have extra tubing to block any light leaks...
I bought some Hydroguard but I don't want to use anything if I don't need to...
