Indoor my 1st big auto grow via DWC

hey everyone..just getting started on my first hydro auto grow.i have 4 strains going:
(all fem)
4x Vertigo
3x Pandora
4x Speed Devil #2
4x Fast Bud

@ the moment, i have all 15 gurlies starting out in a 27 gal totes..4 large airstones
2 air pumps. (pumping plenty of o2) no nutes just straight RO water..ph'ed @ 5.8
It's day 7 and 2nd set of true leaves are starting to form on most of the gurls..
1st few days i had them under 150 w cfl's but decided to bump up to 400 w hps.
i have it hangin 2 ft above (for now)
After wk 3 im going to migrate the gurls upstairs into the flower room.
i'll be using the DWC raft method, which is the reason im going to journal this grow.
I havent seen anyone use this method on here, so i thought id give it a whirl and see what happens!!
When its all set up ,i'll have 3 "raft stations" up and running. (8 autos per raft)
Looking to do a Perpertual harvest..so ill be adding anotha 8 upstairs in 3 wks. for a total of 24. (harvest every 3wks.)
1400 W hps is what im working with now, but plan on adding another 1000w'er soon.
Nutes ill be using are:
AN sensa grow a/b
AN Conni. a/b
Big Bloom
Tiger Bloom

update on 15 AuToS -n- DWC

hey guys.heres my update pix ..gurls are looking good..abit of a slow start but theyre catchin up!!
day 14 and 3 rd set of leaves busting out on most of them.
1 more week then ill switch to raft stations upstairs :O)

hey everyone..its now day 17 and the gurlies have migrated to their new home
heres sum pix from today
2 raft stations set up..1 more on the way
i have 2x 4x4 airstones in each rez and in the top trays i have four various sized airstones in each.
added 4Tbsp of grow big to ea. rez.(its about 1/4 strength according to sched)
im seeing alil burn but they'll all be fine :O)

water temp iz currently @ 66

heres updated pix (day 23)
Long story short i burned my gurls..made a bad decision and im paying for it now..i'm going to go w/ buddhas suggestion on 6 plants per totes....i believe temps at night are causing more stress..(as if they dont have enuff already) :O(
temps at night are around 58-60..(for prob. 4hrs or so) then lights come on again.. root systems are lookin really nice though..very white and clean!!!
I'm hoping to keep this story going in a good way!! i guess you live and learn.

Lookin' good. That's where my night time temps are at for the most part. Gives me super nice color on everything. But for the seedlings, the water temps are tough for me. I keep my little cloners on top of a heating pad to keep the temps around 70, and in my aero cloners I just keep the pumps running 24/7 now because it's so cold. Need to keep those water temps up for the small ones. Otherwise my water temps could get down to 60 no prob.

heres my new update on what was 15 autos, now down to 9 ..
my question of the day is..what to do about this leaf curl (up) i got going on? several plants are severly curled..heres my stats
air temps are 75-80 (day)
air temps are 60-65 (night)
water temps are 68-70
ph is 5.8 in all nine buckets
6 of them are in straight R/O water (im flushing in case i over fed) although i doubt it..
other 3 buckets have 2ml of AN conni. a/b in ea.
plants have doubled in size since i put up last pix..and have pretty much come back to life (after i burned the shit outta all of them early on)
So im on the right track i think except now i have this leaf curls. some brown spots on others which i do believe is over nuting..
i researched causes/ remedies but i wanted to post pix to you guys to get sum advice..
