So i got my 3 Arctic F12 fans and im getting allot of mixed answers online :/ what would you guys recommend 2 Outtake's & 1 Intake or 1 Outtake & 2 Intakes?
Also if anyone are looking for fans for micro growing i would recommend these they were only £3.50 - €4.00 - $6.00 each and they are SUPER quiet :hump:

I was allways taught 2 x in what you have out. ie. if you have 1 x 4" extactor you want 2 x 4" intake holes

Personally, I set my exhaust fan a few cfm higher than my intake to maintain slight negative pressure.....

i'd go all outtake or all intake.if you go 2 and 1 it's going to mess up the neg. pressure.

so if i was to do all outake how many intake would i need (passive)? light leeks might be a problem too :/ and i dont really have the room for light traps

2, sorry thats what I ment in my post. 1 active extractor - 4" x hole - 2 x 4" holes (passive intake)

Out at the top, in at the bottom. if you dont have the in and out at seperate ends you wont be exchanging all the air in your room, just sucking between the 2 holes.

or you can have 1 hole for passive intake aslong as its twice as big as your extractor

Hi, how big is your box mate?
I use a small cupboard and I have found that a mix of large exhaust and smaller intakes works very well and keeps temperatures stable. I have used Led and cfl lighting
