I was use to using my rain/cistern water and addin nutes or molasses to it and feedin..now trying to do the ph correctly..waitin on a replacement ph meter im stuck with drops..was just about to water with molasses and thought about the ph..now my water is anywhere from 7-7.5 or less. Checked the ph and its 6.2-6.6 but how true is that as Im using drops and mollasses changed the color of my water? added about a 1 tablespoon and a lil over of molasses to a gallon n half of h2o. I would like to find out if molasses can change ph? should I ph my water and then add molasses? Im using Blackstrap. Never thought about that before in all the time I have been using Mol just hits me last night as I started to bubble my water....any info on this would be good.
