G'day folks :smokebuds:

As the title suggests a bit of a mixed bag here. Indoor - mostly under 400W HPS - with the addition of some CFLs as side lighting and on without exhaust fan etc when Im trying to sleep.

First up is Blueberry (and Im pretty sure I got the right name to the seed this time) at about 35 days old. LST'ed. Germed and growing in coco/perlite mix (I think I'll keep this as my mainstay inside at least for a while)

Blueberry2.jpgBlueberry.jpg

Next is a severely stunted JEM but since it wants to flower Ill let her go and hope for the best. Mix of soil with the coco/perlite when young hence the small stature.
JEM.JPG

A SnowRyder and Green O Matic (fem seed) at about 21 - 24 days. In coco/perlite but hmmm not the healthiest looking - have added a little N to try and green em up but trying to not over do it.. (Next to the SR is a little Pineapplegum photo at about 2 days old.

Heres one Im happy to see looking healthy - a 3 day old PAK. Have dropped a few different autos and photos in the same time frame as this but thise is the biggest and best so far. Want to make sure I dont screw this one up and have my fingers crossed its a lady.
PAK.JPG

And to finish a photo - Moby Dick (fem seed) at a smidge over a month old. Will most likely try and get a few clones off this one (along with the other photos I recently germed if they go ok) as would be nice to have a veg section with mums and young autos and a seperate 12/12 to flower the photos and autos - with some going outside when they can). Just gotta figure out the best way to do it on a budget - have the HPS for 12/12 and some CFLs for veg room but gotta work out best way I can in wardrobe without heat being a major issue over our hot summers - wld love a tent to flower in but since Im cramming into bedroom mightnot quite have the room. Whilst a tent - or a homemade tent thingy - wont be the most stealthy looking in my room but its not exactly stealth in the wardrobe either due to fan noise and having to have doors open for ventilation etc so will have to see what happens - I am far from great at anything DIY so would be nice to find the room and $$s for a tent so it is set up properly...
Anyway - Moby Dick!

whoa!! this just jumped from
doom and gloom
into
a room in bloom!!
looking great man...whoa!

haha - cheers mate. yeah, yr right - I do tend to look at the worst of things rather than the best - but I must admit it has taken a few seed runs to get the ones that are now going boom! One of the many great things about the autos is even in chaos some will shine through!
Am still laughing - 'cause yr right - I do need to focus more on the positives rather than get weighed down by the negatives. Wasnt trying to be too gloomy - just making sure to be honest about my fuck ups in growing on here rather than only show the good looking ladies so that others can see it can take some losses to get the wins. Ok, I was maybe a bit gloomy but mainly cause I mostly managed to screw up the Jems, DDs etc which, especially from looking at the pics from those who grew/are growing them well, I would love to be smelling about now but as I say - is all a matter of learning and am definetely looking forward to creating some more BOOM!!

cheers mate :smokebuds:

From the look of your SnowRyder and Green O Matic Mr. Stunted is sure you need to go silly with watering them as often as you possibly can with PHed water and low nutes (around 400ppm), flood to waste until you get 40%ish runnoff for the first days waterings. After that you can drop the runoff to 20% to 30% and do at least two floods per day, always with nutes, never let the coco dry out.

Oh and you need to PH your nute/water mix to 5.8ish
Maybe that will get them back on track, but with your container size its going to be a task indeed.....
If you do try it I hope it works :)

All the best for you on your adventure :)
:smokebuds:

cheers matey :smokebuds:

just gave them another good drink with some nutes then. been phing to about 5.6 - 5.8 but I'll have to check and double check to make sure, as little screens like on the ph pens tend to make a fool of me at times. Thanks for your help mate - with help from yrself and the others here I'll get the hang of it eventually!

Ok, inside update time.

Tent is up and running but still some work to do on it. First up is the fan/filter. Really dont like the way the fan is Pak.jpghanging but cant see another option and yep gotta seal up the filter into fan properly. Whats the best method? Just a shit load of duct tape or a lil bit of ducting? Lotsa leads etc in the way there as you can see - will tidy all those up properly when I have everything properly fitted. Also still gotta mount the intake fan - comp fan and generally get the temps down - top of plants is around high mid to high 30sC / 90s F which won't do...

and some green...

LST'd Blueberry doing its thing god bless it.
Blueberry.jpg

the yellow Green O Matic and SnowRyder from above now looking a bit greener and happier, I did manage to knock over the SR when moving into tent though...
.
GOM.jpg SR.jpg

little Jem - shes stunted but gotta try me some Jem so she can stay inside... tied down to make sure she doesnt try to escape my abuse but also to try and let a bit more light into the mid regions...

Below - all are about 10 days old. First is a PAK which went into good coco - other 4 started off in shit coco and paid the price - now been transplanted. Wld've been tempted to just start again but theres some nice strains that I really wanna grow out so Ill try and nurture them along. Making sure that from here in though only good coco is used so hopefully will be healthier from here - as loong as I can get temps down before summer hits

Looking very nice Glaucoma.
The Green O Matic and SnowRyder look a lot better than before, making a nice comeback :)
And I see color in that Gem, nice :)

Temps are going to be an issue, same as for me, looks like we are in for a hot summer this year.
I am starting to think I may need a small portable aircon, maybe you should look into one also.

:smokebuds:

Yeah mate - been thinking about a portable evaporative cooler - trying to put it off to save some $$s but I dont think theres any other way around it, even with fan on plus exhaust and intake fan cant get the temp around top of plants below the mid to high 30s as it is so I hat to think what it'll be like in there when the real hot weather starts.
:smokebuds:

Gday folks - hope everyones doing well. Weekly update time. Still crossing the t's and dotting the i's of exact tent set up - evap cooler arrived today so hopefully I can get some better temps happening.

Pics loaded backwards to the order I thought but all good in the hood.
First up is Snowryder
