This is the only perlite I can find right now...unless I order some....it's day it's infuced with miracle grow nutrients....is this ok to use???????

Personally I wouldn't. Anything that has these "slow release" nutrients makes if difficult to feed especially young plants accurately.

If you have no other choice, you could start plants in solo cups and then transfer to bigger pot with nutrient perlite included.
I have one in solo cup and it's been in there for 14/10/6 days and needs to be put in it's sip bucket soon....I know ones roots have had to touch bottom...how long can they stay in cup?thanks I don't want anything that can hurt them .....

I got happy frog.....

I’ve actually been in the same situation and used the miracle grow perlite. I had some warped young leaves but they finished ok. You can usually pick up the Vigaro organic on Home Depot for about $14 for 2 cubic feet. Lasts a long time. You may get lucky and they’ll carry it in a store near you.

EDIT - $17 right now because they raise gardening supply prices around spring.

They're looking really healthy @Tattoochase . Transfer when root system looks strong enough.

It doesn't seem like you have any problem with that perlite/nutrient combo harming the plants. Just be careful when you start feeding and start with 25% recommend amount and build up. That's the problem with these things... It's hard to gauge how long they last, what strength they have and how to adapt additional nutrients to balance with them.

Look good so far!
I got some big ones in my flower tent.....thanks for the help....

Do you have a Home Depot nearby that carries the perlite I posted above? Like I said I’ve used the miracle grow before in a pinch and it worked out. But it was a little wonky in the beginning. YMMV.
