so I have a granddaddy purple plant that is really overgrown but I've managed it up until about what I feel is about a week away from harvest. it is starting to turn purple. It is on Coco and I use GH Florida series. Overnight I see new fires like on every single bud. I just started flushing last night. I will include some pics but the smell has changed on a lot of it and I'm worried that this may be mildew.
it looks like just a load of new try combs. But they're more fuzzy looking. i've also noticed what seems to be yellow wing tips on tiny sugar leaves that surround the bud. Like the tiniest leaves at the bud are turning their tips white. Very tiny to look at

I don't see anything unusual in those pics, Ben-do. I see trichomes, swollen calyxes, and orange pistils. Looks all good to me....

the smell changed overnight. was the nicest 'near-purpling' aroma and temps had been low 60-65F with 40 down to 25%H at some points, but i Believe my little circular Diles may not be 100% accurate. The little digital round ones I bought in a six pack off Amazon. This year my entire outdoor crop fell victim to bud rot and I was forced to harvest it prematurely, the forecast in AL showed solid rain and nights in the 40's in early October. it got tested at a whopping eight or 9% THC(!)
Last year i lost 50 or so small plants and 'stretching' ones too, to russet mites(the most gnarly wicked i've ever witnessed ANY plant).
It was a total shut down and sterilization process in February. I am not fond of Kim dog in the least anymore as huge colors rotted this year. I knew it was too beautiful to be true. I'll attach a pic of my patio. I don't get it. For two years now consecutively about four things have each completely wiped me out. I've done nothing for two years but read and study everything on the Internet which is mostly repeats by marketing companies, to newspaper articles and anything else i could find. Now I've used inheritance money to try and properly start up this business, 3 Mars tents,, 3 quantum Lm301h/b +660nm red LEDs!, and THREE (6-strip) LED's w/MW240 driver),,, along with two portable A/C's (Delonghi 12000,and LG 14000) Plus all insulated ductwork systems, cloudline fan, 12 different GH flora products , recharge and great white also at my disposal. Spent 300 on seeds. will have the best looking plants from two weeks old until two weeks until flower, and disaster strikes every time. I've begun to accept that there will always be one more thing that is unseen that will attack in the very end and rob me of my harvest.

here is the patio grow from this year. I put an awning over it it was removable it saved me all the way until that bad forecast came and I pulled at 4:30 AM before the rain set in. immature bud seems like all I've ever experienced once I decided to grow. had two solid years of failure
