Been wanting to try this for a while, and I have to say its does have its advantages.
Bought a Mic stand to hold my microscope. $21 on amazon, I cant complain.

I would hope it cost less, they are a fraction of the size of a mic stand. I assume you need to chop off a bud every time you want to check if your plants ready for harvest?

No you don't need to "chop off a bud." All need is just 1 or a few sepals, pull off just a small pinch and examine that under the microscope.
