New Grower Mars reflector vs DS XML 150 vs Area 51 RW 150 help wanted

Hey AFN, as a California medical patient, I'm considering a small closet grow and am looking at keeping the Electric rates down since here in So Cal its pricy to begin with.

The 4 lights I'm considering are

1. Mars hydro reflector series 96x3 ( $165 ) or 144x3 ( $248 )
2. DS XML 150 ( $550 )
3. Area 51 RW 150 ( $400 )

the 3 have more or less the same actual power draw, more or less the same core footprint, 2 of these have CREE type.

Mars 144x3 has more actual power draw & a larger core coverage,

The space is going to be about 24 x 36 wide x 5'-0 high

The Mars reflector looks like it would afford a little more height for plants since it can be hung closer ( 6" ) to the canopy in flowering, which may be a good idea.

Plants are to mainly be autos ( Dutch Passion )

Can anyone with experience with any of these lights give their thoughts, positive / negative / or both.

Would the Cree upgrade be better & more worth it in the long run ??

Would the Mars 144x3 be a better option even at almost double the actual draw of the other 3 listed ?

Noise level is also a concern.

You should also take in consideration the waranty. Don't know about ds and mars but a51 is lifetime. Bad things could happen. I have the xgs190 (all white), can't tell you how performant it is couse I'm new to everything. What I can say is: it is dead quiet, low heat. Vegetated 4 plants for 30+ days and it did great. Unfortunaty that's all I did with it.
