Mars Hydro from AliExpress?

Hey there Mars Hydro people -- @MarshydroTina

I'm thinking about LED lights. Most of the info for AFN is for North America or Europe.
I'm somewhere else....

So I was checking out Amazon, blah blah blah, but shipping and stuff expensive.

Then I checked out AliExpress https://www.aliexpress.com which I guess is like AliBaba's take on Amazon type online shopping. HUGE amount of LED grow lights there, but hard to gauge quality.

Now, they also have Mars Hydro, but a couple of "companies":

I have been always too scared to order lights from them ordering your lights from Mars Hydro or Eric on LED light Depot he has free shipping and really good prices I got a Mars 1200 for $435 free shipping and I flower a 4 foot by 4 foot area with that light here some pics of my blue dreams underneath it one of them is 5 foot tall I can grow big tall plants like this as long as you lollipop good and I'll get big fat buds I'll show you in December and also I own a 144 by 5 reflector series and a Mars Hydro 2 400 watt haven't had a problem with either light so I don't know I hear people saying how the leds burn out fast we will see I haven't had my lights very long and we'll see if they fix them and send them back to me for free I will see how their company operates if I have any problems butt the lights are flawless as far as I can tell I've gotten nothing but good bud and nice dense but also no Airy buds at all

Tina if I ever have any problems with my lights like them burning out you're going to make sure they get fixed and sent back to me for free right I haven't had them very long not even the year so proud so far no problems

The only reason I ask is cuz I've heard a lot of bad reviews about you guys in the past month fixing the lights do you guys fix them if they break or burned out I mean not break course if I break it I know you won't replace it but if your LEDs burn out will you fix them and send the light back with no cost

Hi @Gunnerboy76, :smokinglease don't worry, the LED grow light Depot is our official agent, so the warranty will applies. Whenever you have problem with your lights, you can contact with Eric, or simply email us: service@mars-hydro.com, we will help with the warranty issues accordingly. We have repair centre in US as well.

For the led burnt out issue, actually it is the lens problem, the lends are strong light, and growing a long time, the lens will go out. But if you take care of the light, clean it regularly, don't use any surphur or RH no more than 80%, it will help lengthen the lifespan, that is why some growers still have the oldest mars II versions looks like a new one (the old red version). Hope this helps. Also, we improved the led technology from our Mars pro II series, no lens at all while the lights are more mixed and balanced without any reduce of the power. Maybe you can try them out in future.
