Hi all. Imbat day 21 from seed. I had 5 Himalayan blue diesel seeds feminized. I looked today at them and all have pistols except one. One was filled with cluster of nuts so I knew it was a guy. Anyways none looked open on top part of plant however on a bottom node it appears two lil sacks were just opening a bit. I cut it out of tent. Will those two lil open sacks ruin my crop? Pistols all look white still. Are my girls old snuff to get pregnant yet lol? Or are the preflower pistols not necessarily mean it can be pollinated yet?

:ladies:If they wern't open enough to expose pollen,I wouldn't worry about it.The way it sounds your safe, but only time will tell.Good luck!

Even if a little pollen was released from those two if won't cause any harm. When you harvest you may find the odd seed but nothing to worry about.

I wish I had an area to put him that way I could of made my own beans lol. He is dead now though. Keep me in your prayers these next couple days. If it did pollinate it I have a couple phenos budding in same room that I move when their 12 hrs is up and I will have a new strain of auto lol

Thanke guys. I wanted to make sure it wasn't the beginning of maybe branch that wasncoming out with the new leaf on top... but it looked completely different then the others. How woukdna pod have to look to he considered open? Never done this before so new to me.

I wouldn't breed any seeds off those plants. They were from feminized seeds, which were manipulated, most likely with collidal silver or through stress, to feminize them. The one that went male may have been a hermie. Whatever the situation, the resulting seeds would contain hermie traits, not something you want in a seed line.

Gotcha muddy. I looked to see if was a hermie. The plant was uniform nuts all the way around. I guess even more reason to hope we caught in time lol. It was my biggest hbd too. Makes sense now

Most likely "rogue" pollen, from outdoor breeding or poorly filtered indoor air.

Feminizing is only 99%, so it sounds like you got one of the 1% male.
