Hey guys, just had a question regarding producing seeds, Ive read up a lot on this and i get confused, maybe if i explain myself and what im trying to do people could let me know if its possible.

Basically. in a nutshell.

I run Think Different from Dutch passion. I notice there are 3 different phenotypes. I absolutely love one of the phenotypes and due to regulations where im from, im on a 5 plant limit so i cant just run a bunch and keep the phenotype i want.

I can notice that phenotype just before she starts preflowering. Can I start making seeds from the one phenotype without crossing it with another plant. just make it hermie with CS and hose seeds be genetically steady and pass on that phenotype?

Thanks

Yes and no. Yes you can do that but it won't be genetically steady for a few crosses. The one plant with the phenotype you like has both parents genes phenotypes in it so you can not gurantee its off spring will be one or the other. From my research I would say around 3-4 generations and you'll start seeing more uniform and IBL (inbred line, or breeds true).

You should get a copy of the cannabis breeders bible by Greg green, can get it on kindles / e readers, he did a lot of research and interviews with industry professionals.
