does this cola look normal? It looks less mature than bottom branches? Tia

Looks okay, it's possible to have too much light and actually inhibit the growth of your plant. That's about the only reason you would have a top Cola not as well developed as the lower branches. If you only have one light you may not be able to do much other than raise it up in preference of building all your top colas, but letting all your lower buds be kind of light and Airy. That's usually the Dilemma we Face anyway especially with autoflowers because you never know how big they're going to get.

I moved the light further away last night as I had a led panel inches away from the top new to this I thought closer the better with led!

Some cheap Chinese LEDs you can get down to about 12" in flower without any problem, but most good LEDs need to be kept quite a bit higher than that. Most guys think that you're not experiencing photoinhibition unless your buds bleach out white, but that's actually very Advanced when they do that. I still get those from time to time.
