Ok good deal. It is starting to flower but this is a photoperiod so I'm assuming I will have a few months to go (first photo run).
I like the idea of just letting her do her thing. I did a bunch of LST and super cropped earlier in the veg stage. Since buds are starting to form I should not do any more training, correct?
About the only time I defoliate is when the lower leaves turn yellow and if they come off with a light tug between my index finger and middle finger. As archie gemmill posted, you'll get both answers.
I'm in the leaf strip camp but your outdoors so I don't think it matters so much. Because you have the room and air flow the branched will spread out better getting that sun light right down to he ground... I strip in tents due to light penetration, RH, air flow, exposing bud sites for slightly higher yields
If it get a little thick in the middle and is covering to many bud site then yes remove those large fan leaves that cover those bud sites... If your worried about upsetting the plant do it over few days
I will leave the leaves alone for now. One other question. I stopped LST a few weeks ago and then it started to stretch. Now the outer rim of colas are higher than the middle colas. Would anyone recommend trying the outer colas down to make it even, or am I looking too much into that?
