Hmmm...hard to tell.  In my opinion, I'd say 2 weeks, but my opinion sucks and I'm always one to let a plant ride it out to the bitter end.  I judge ripeness more by the way the plant is behaving than anything else; trichomes, leaf color, visible growth/bud swelling, etc.  If those were in my house, I'd probably feed them once more then do 7 days of water flushing followed by enough time with no water to let them start to get a little crispy/dry, then chop.  I try not to chop a plant unless the soil is absolutely bone dry and it's clear she's starting to wilt.
