sup guys so I've ran I to another problem... My set up is the attic at 18/6... When the lights are on I'm getting 25°-28°...when the lights are off I'm getting as low as 12°...i have a 45w tube heater going in there.... When the lights go off the exhaust fan also turns off to try keep heat in the tent... I also have a clip on fan in the tent that stays on 24/7 (strong enough.. Can't lower speed).. What should I do????... Will a second heater bring me to 20???... Should I turn off the clip on fan when lights are off???(4x4 tent)

24/0 seems the easy option :smoking: cost of electric is the reason i guess :frowny:
i have a 120w tube heater and a 60w........they only help a smidge at 15c ish.down to 12c its a 1500w oil filled radi thats needed....but again 1500w :yoinks:
good luck n keep er lit
:pighug:

Yeah 1500 is abit much haha... Would turning off the clip on fan when lights are off make a difference?

You can change your lighting cycle so that the lights are on during the coldest times, and off during the hottest times. Or to 20/4 or 24/0..
I'm thinking of going 20/4.... Not a big fan of 24/0....i like to give the plant some darkness

Same issue so I run 24 hours never off - problem solved and plants seem to be fine with it - Guess some say they need rest so they go 20/4 or 18/6 but not worth turning lights off if temps get too low ......

Possible option, heat the room up more during off times?
